The New Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) Climate Action Plan is now public. The budgets tell us the framework of the future. Climate action plans, urban planning and land use by-law changes may herald in 15 minute cities and the social credit system. 

Involvement from everyone is needed. Action groups are being formed to ask questions as there are definite game's afoot. The Climate Action Group is inviting you to this ZOOM meeting, chaired by Judy Lamb Richardson.

MLA, John Rustad had the honour of presenting a petition to repeal Bill 36, the Health Professions and Occupations Act. 10,845 British Columbians signed the petition. More signatures are coming into Mr. Rustad's office every day. He will continue to collect signatures and keep up the pressure on the government. He strongly believes our healthcare professionals deserve respect and engagement to help resolve the crisis we are facing.

Patients Locked Out of Court

Patients locked out of Court, unable to challenge medical regulator’s abuse of power. On March 30, 2023, in a packed courtroom with standing room only, the Divisional Court rejected a plea by approximately 100 patients of an Ontario doctor to challenge the unlawful action of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSO) and the breach of their right to privacy under sections 7 and 8 of the Charter.
