Dear Freedom Rising Community Toby Rogers, in his closing remarks at the Brownstone Institute conference on November 1, 2024 stated: “We need a Transitional Justice effort for the crimes of the Covid era and for the crimes of the 1986 Act and the childhood vaccine schedule. Transitional justice is the field of law where a tyrannical regime has been overthrown, the
revolution succeeded … What do you do next? How do you have justice for the crimes of the old regime and set the foundation for the new future for the country?” This is the next area of consideration. Rogers adds: “It’s tricky to pull it off because the old guard’s still around and they still have some power and they may overthrow you if you go too far, too fast. It is difficult to pull off. South Africa did a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. We had Nuremberg Trials at the end of World War II. In Eastern Europe, they had what was called lustration laws, which is where you open the books of the government so people can see how they were tracked and surveilled by the secret police.” This tyrannical system is collapsing. This is evident by how egregious and blatant are their actions now. There is no hiding their motives or their agenda.
It’s in our face which means they are desperate. Their behaviour at the ostrich farm in Edgewood, BC exposed the courts, CFIA and RCMP for who they are – bullies, tyrants with callous disregard for life and liberty. There is no doubt that accountability is coming. It has to. Evil eventually consumes itself because it is not about creation but rather destruction. But as Rogers declares, we have to stop the harms that are happening right now: - We
have to pull the Covid shots from the market. We have to stop new people from being injured.
- We have to get rid of vaccine schedules and vaccine mandates altogether and have individualized medicine, medical choice and informed consent.
- We need to end the claim that medically assisted dying is compassionate.
- And then we need to compensate those injured and killed by the childhood vaccine schedule and the COVID bioweapon.

It’s time to start having a conversation about Transitional Justice. We need a Transitional Justice plan. Until that happens, this country’s not going to heal, much less survive. Ted

Bill C-9 is an Urgent Threat to Free Expression in Canada
The Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) writes...The Carney government’s so-called “Combatting Hate Act” would make sweeping changes to Canada’s hate speech and hate crime laws. While prejudice and discrimination should be condemned, the proposed law gives the government new power to subjectively determine which words and ideas are acceptable – a
direct threat to the Charter right to freedom of expression. The CCF urges Parliament to reject Bill C-9 in its current form. Canadians are not safer when controversial speech is driven underground. The best answer to hate is more speech – not censorship.

As a standard of practice, the Friday Freedom leaders meetings are not recorded. This decision is based on the intention to have freedom leaders attend a meeting at the same time with the goal to deepen the relationships between leaders. Secondly, the desire is for frank conversations. The hope is that the lack of recording contributes to richer conversations. That
